General Meeting of Unitholders
Pursuant to the provisions of the Investment Trust Act, certain matters concerning investment corporations (such as amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, appointment and dismissal of an executive officer, supervisory officers and an accounting auditor) are to be determined at the general meeting of unitholders.
General Meetings of unitholders of Hulic Reit, Inc. are, in principle, held at least once every two years in Tokyo.
