Characteristics of the Location

The Property is located in office area close to Kamiyacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. In addition to the closest station, it has convenient access to public transportation, having both “Roppongi-itchome” on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, and “Onarimon” station on the Toei Mita Line seven to eight minutes’ walk away. It has an even further growth potential as Toranomon-shin station (tentative) on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line is planned to open, where a bus terminal is also to be developed within walking distance.
In the area between “Kamiyacho” station and “Roppongi-itchome” station, where the Property is located, there are many large-scale office buildings as well as foreign embassies, large-scale hotels and other facilities that all comprise serene cityscape, and tenants include many major Japanese and foreign companies. In addition, with the construction of “Toranomon Hills” completed, and multiple subsequent large-scale redevelopment plans taking shape in recent years, the urban functions are being further enhanced, maintaining the competitiveness as an office area.

Property Characteristics

The Property is an office building with 11 floors above ground and 2 below; the 1st floor is designed for retail shops and offices, and 2nd and higher floors are for offices.
The Property was built in April 1985, and a large-scale renovation work was performed in 2007, and add-value work has been conducted as needed thereafter. The Property has highly attractive features with the basic specifications of the office area including 2,645mm of ceiling height, a raised floor of 50mm, and a floor loading weight of 400kg/m2, which meet the level of functionality typically required by tenants.
