The Takadanobaba district, where this property is located, centers on Takadanobaba Station on the JR Yamanote Line, which connects with the stations of the same name on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and the Seibu Shinjuku Line.

The district’s office buildings are located chiefly along the main streets. The district and its surroundings are not found in clearly defined clusters of office buildings, but are mixed in among retail facilities, apartment blocks, and other residential buildings.

As for accessibility, tenants have a range of options with services available on the JR Yamanote Line as well as the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and the Seibu Shinjuku Line. At the same time, the area is known as a location for company branch offices, from which sales staff cover the western parts of Tokyo by car.
